Helpful resources for existing tenants
Tenant Information
As a tenant, you and anyone living with you must comply with the responsibilities of your lease.
All maintenance work orders must be reported to office staff. You can do so by phone or in writing.
The ground floor activity room can be booked for resident parties or special events.
Helpful general information on safety and security, and what to do in the event of emergencies.
Insurance is a mandatory part of your lease agreement and required prior to receiving keys.
